Furthermore, some say it sits a bit heavy in their stomachs after drinking Ghost EAA. That could be because, while it’s possible to purchase sugar-free flavors of this supplement (like Cherry Limeade and Ocean Water), most flavors have 0.5 grams of sugar per serving.

Given that each scoop is small, this can add up to an excessively sweet taste for people who don’t consume lots of sugary products. 

That leads us to our next point—although all of Ghost Amino EAA’s flavor varieties have the same amount of amino acids, their macronutrient content varies. For example, the Cherry Limeade flavor has two grams of carbs, whereas the Mango flavor has less than one gram.

Admittedly, the differences are minor, so they likely won’t impact your decision of which flavor to purchase unless you’re being ultra-strict with your macronutrient intake.
