We are currently shipping items across Canada and the US. Shipping times will vary depending on your location.
It can take anywhere between 2-5 business days for your order to arrive. Most of our products will arrive in 4 business days.
Please allow the full allotted time before contacting us about your order. If your order still hasn’t arrived after 14 business days, please contact your local post office for your package first.
Clothing Return Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report and email firstname.lastname@example.org – Please DO NOT return your product without previous email consent.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Buyer’s remorse or size exchanges – We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, or size exchanges. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size if you choose.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
