I am a vegan coach and personal trainer that can help you reach your goals.  

My life is rooted in healthy eating and healthy living.

And my mission is to inspire, teach, and motivate people to step up their nutrition by eating real whole foods and exercising. I designed my body with vegan fitness, lifting weights, and food!

Who said that a vegan diet and being fit and muscular can’t go together, right?

For years, I’ve been told that it was impossible to build muscles and strength while on a plant-based diet, but I proved them wrong. 

And I’m going to help you do that as well.

If you’re a vegan who wants to get yourself buffed up, then my in-person training program would be great for you. 

Here’s what you’ll get when you enroll:

    Fitness goal setting. I’ll be asking you some questions directed to what your end goal is and we will come up with a step-by-step process to achieve that.

    Custom workout mapping. Training frequency, intensity, and volume of the workout plan are customized to suit your lifestyle.

    Vegan meal planning. Meal plans are customized based on the nutritional needs of your body.

  • This is not fast-paced, as we will progress slowly as we develop sustainable habits to take you one step closer to what you want to achieve.

  • This 6 months of online vegan training is the most comprehensive program I offer. 
  • This will help you learn how to be healthier and happier by looking at the areas of your life that are out of balance.
