I’ve tried a lot of vegan protein powders in my time. A lot of them either didn’t taste great or were too expensive.

I needed something affordable, provided the nutrition that I needed, and was also vegan-friendly. Vega was just the answer I was looking for in a protein powder.

  • checkPumpkin Seed Protein: Pumpkin seeds have a lot of nutrition besides protein. They also have magnesium, zinc, iron, and more. Studies have suggested that it may have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
  • checkSunflower Seed Protein: Sunflower seeds are relatively new to the protein powder scene, so there haven’t been many studies on how effective it is. However, it is a great source of BCAAs which will support muscle building.
