Does Relaxium work for sleep?
I have struggled with insomnia for years, trying everything from herbal teas to meditation without any lasting success.
So when I heard about Relaxium, I was skeptical but decided to give it a try. I’m happy to report that this product has significantly improved my sleep quality.
Within a week of taking Relaxium, I was falling asleep more easily and waking up feeling rested and refreshed. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a natural way to improve their sleep.
Remember…results will vary!
What is the main ingredient in Relaxium sleep?
The main ingredient in Relaxium Sleep is melatonin. Melatonin is a hormone that helps to regulate sleep.
The body naturally produces melatonin, but levels can be affected by things like stress, diet, and exposure to artificial light. Supplementing with melatonin has been shown to help people fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.
Relaxium also contains some other ingredients like chamomile and lemon balm, which are traditionally used to promote relaxation.
How much melatonin is in a Relaxium?
What is the price of a bottle of Relaxium?
Depending on the retailer a bottle will run you between $25-$30, we typically have the best price available.
My Personal Experience with Relaxium
Being a person with bonafide sleep disorders I’ve tried about every natural sleep aid intended to help induce sleep & help create a restful sleep. I’ve taken advantage of free trial offers (about one per week), if I think back over the 20 plus years since being diagnosed.
I’ve taken professional medical advice, way too many sleep supplements and anything promising to improve sleep. If the label said: fall asleep quickly, sleep health, sleep supplement or free bottle for a reasonable price…out came the credit card company statement to make sure I could afford it!
Taking a deep dive into the ingredients in this Relaxium Sleep Review took about a week to fully investigate. The active ingerdients seemed impressive so I started taking it hoping that my self treatment would promote sleep, help me with my sleep cycle & prove to be a safe sleep aid.
Night #1-I had a problem falling asleep (probably nervous about taking something new).
Night #2-Active ingredients seemed to have a sedative effect (maybe I was still tired from the night before)?
Night #3-My sleep wake cycle was off but my overall sleep quality was better & I did sleep longer.
Night #4- The American Behavioral research institute states in it’s clinical trial (ingredients in Relaxium sleep aids helps sleep quality, natural sleep, fall asleep faster in about a week), not sure if that is accurate for me.
I took this natural sleep aid for two weeks, certainly enough time to see if this supplement helped in improving sleep. Treating insomnia, trouble sleeping or staying asleep is a big-ask for a bad sleeper like me but in the end I’d say Relaxium sleep helped me get a more restful sleep.
