What’s important to mention here is that BCAAs alone won’t help you bulk up. But studies have shown that in combination with other protein sources, bulking does increase [1].

Does Dioxyme VMINO BCAA Have Any Side Effects?

No, VMINO doesn’t have side effects unless you have some specific allergies to the ingredients. This is mainly down to the fact that it contains certain types of amino acids that your body actually needs.

However, I have seen a few reviews where people said they got some upset stomach. But if you probe a little deeper, that’s mainly down to taking doses that are a lot higher than recommended on the label.

My general recommendation is to start with a small scoop for a few days before you go for a full dose.

What Are The Ingredients


The three main ingredients are:

  • L-leucine
  • L-isoleucine
  • L-valine

What’s important is the ratio of 2:1:1, which in the fitness nutrition world would be considered an ideal combination in the way your body actually needs them.

It also contains some silica dioxide, citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, sucralose, and natural and artificial flavors.

These play a role in making an actual powder that can be mixed into a drink to make it easier to take.

The good thing is that there aren’t any completely unnecessary fillers, and you can avoid the artificial flavors by getting the unflavored one.

When Is The Best Time To Take It?

The rough guide is to take the Dioxyme VMINO about 20 to 30 minutes before you start exercising. The reason I say rough guide is that this will depend on how fast your body might absorb the proteins.

However, BCAAs are best spread out over the day to ensure you get a constant dose.

So, what I generally recommend is take it before training, and then twice more in the 12 hours after you exercise.

That way, your muscles may have enough constant supply to keep protein synthesis going for longer.

How Much Do You Need On A Daily Basis?

The average person will need about 8 grams of branched chain amino acids per day. But that doesn't factor in any strength training or muscle building goals you have.

The more you exercise, the more added BCAA intake you’ll need.

In the case of Dioxyme VMINO, it contains a total of 7 grams in each serving. For just an average training day, that’s probably enough, but keep in mind that a steady supply may help you improve your recovery times as well.

Is This BCAA supplement Worth The Investment?

Yes, I believe Dioxyme VMINO BCAA is a good investment, and I have seen some good results with clients who use it to help promote muscle growth.

It’s hard to say how much faster you could expect results, but if you keep track of your progress, you should see a marked increase over several months.
