A Vegan Whole Food Diet Plan

Based on the information you'll provide me (fitness goals, physical characteristics, age, gender etc), I will calculate a macronutritional profile specific to you and your situation.

Your macros will then be transformed into a highly nutritious meal plan - customised to your needs, preferences, schedule, foods that you adore and foods that you hate.

That means you will get a meal plan that's easy to follow, with vegan foods you truly love eating, which makes adhering to your diet that much easier and prevents you from falling off track.

For the record I do not promote nor use crash-dieting, super-low-calorie meal plans or low-carb dieting with my clients.
